Lenovo’s Cloud & Software Organization is seeking a Software Operations Specialist Intern to provide operational support for SaaS and software products.
The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration, relationship, and organizational skills with a willingness to learn CRM, fulfillment, and reporting systems. The candidate shall also be process orientated, a proactive self-starter, exhibit the ability to work effectively with cross functional worldwide teams, and have a customer first mentality.
Scope includes:
- Coordinate customer support
- Internal sales support & troubleshooting
- Operational support of partner relationships
- Provide pipeline and revenue reporting
- Special bid management
- Coordinate product requests
- Commission support
- Opportunity & pricing analysis
- Deal registration
- Daily operations tasks
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment systems
- Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse and global community
- Problem Solving: Must have the ability to quickly analyze complex problems, then create and implement solutions.
- Strong communicator: English speaking; excellent written and oral skills are a must, as the individual must have the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of staff, management, and customers
