Summary : As a key member of Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), candidate will be tasked with driving revenue, scalability and expansion of Lenovo’s manufacturing solutions portfolio in Asia Pacific region.
Reporting into Solution Sales Director (Asia Pacific), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This would entail working with extended teams, ensuring timely engagement of the right resources for optimal effectiveness and productivity.

You will
- Drive revenue through sales of specified manufacturing solutions portfolio.
- Scale and replicate specified manufacturing solutions portfolio across customers and markets.
- Drive efficient and productive sales pursuits. Own pipeline updates and opportunity status.
- Acquire new logos for solution sales.
- Land and expand marquee customers.
- Manufacturing industry experience with a heavy weightage on Operational Technology (OT)
- Solutions selling across hardware, service and software portfolio.
- Sales process management.
- Technical, commercial and solutions selling experience with various manufacturing technologies and uses, including intelligent warehouse solutions, production areas, supply chain management and composite scenarios.
- Well presented and energetic individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent relationship skills with customers, extended teams and key strategic partners.
- Critical thinker, with an affinity for fluid start-up environments.
- English and Mandarin language fluency. Proficiency in additional languages would be plus. (Japanese).
