We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Sr. Business Analyst
strong planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a metrics/data-driven analytical mindset of constantly measuring success and driving continuous improvement in product. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute directly to the success of our product.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client engagement teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Strong ability to work with Business and Technical Management teams.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure effective implementation of products/solutions.
Drive discussions with product manager and/or business partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
Participate in the design and development of the product, focusing on user journey mapping, wireframe creation, and prototyping.
Drive the creation of detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and client needs.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they meet established quality standards and industry best practices.
Assist Product Management team in refining product backlog and building MVPs.
Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, review progress, and provide updates on development and other initiatives.
Apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and identify creative solutions to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our product.
Ensure smooth collaboration and coordination between the teams, engineering and the UX team, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
