This role is responsible for leading a group of People & Talent Operations Tech & Deployment team, who will be responsible for governing the Process design, enablement, and technology landscape evolution for the People and Talent Operations Organization.  The technology identification, assessment and roadmap planning will be a key enabler for driving the expected outcomes for this organization.  The implementation and deployment will be program managed by the TSD technical organization, and this Tech & Deployment team will govern the overall program and track the milestones and outcomes.  The Process, Tech & Deployment leader will be responsible to ensure that the technology solutions are closely aligned to the overall objectives of this organization and fulfilling the business process requirements, and all the stakeholders (delivery unit stakeholders, HR, Finance, Operations) are well aligned to the expected outcomes; and are an integral part of this evolution.  The Process, Tech & Deployment leader will drive the deployment & adoption of the technology solutions across TSD, to enable a unified and integrated platform to drive an end-to-end People & Talent Operations organization.

The Process, Tech & Deployment leader will chair the Change Management board, to ensure all enhancements, changes and updates are tightly integrated to sustain a unified People & Talent Operations platform, will engage with all the required stakeholders to manage the change, and ensure that the rest of the delivery organization is well aligned to the change and the adoption rate across TSD is high and sustainable.

The Process, Tech & Deployment leader will establish and enable the process, policy, procedure, methods and measures to drive efficiency in the Tech & Deployment team.


Position Requirements:

  • Lead the Process, Tech & Deployment team for the People & Talent Operations organization, drive a unified and integrated People & Talent Operations function.
  • Work closely with the rest of the People and Talent Operations team, to manage change and ensure adoption across TSD
  • Govern the change management board, to ensure an integrated solution end-to-end
  • Program manage the implementation of technology solutions, and oversee the implementation and deployment across TSD


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelors degree required
  • 12+ years of professional experience in IT Services organizations or similar
  • 10+ years of experience as an enterprise architect in an IT Services Organization, to derive an integrated solution or similar
  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Global exposure across multiple technology service areas
  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally.
  • Relevant Master’s Degree
  • Strong executive presence & leadership skills.
  • High level of communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong business & financial acumen.
  • Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, thrive in ambiguity.
  • Proven abilities for Stakeholder management & Change Management


The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $160 - $175k.  Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
