Experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in BigQuery Google Big Table and Airflow – On site (Columbus, OH)

Technical Skills
· Big Query (Primary)
· GCP,
· ITSM
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the Business Query support across North America regions.
• Provide Level 2 support at onsite and ensure response/ resolution SLA’s are met.
• Interact with the business users and GCP development team as needed to analyze requirements or understand the criticality and complexity of the issues.
• Escalate internally for adequate resolution to issues on priority.
• Escalate to the key stakeholders at Wendy’s for any material issues that need attention.
• Work on enhancements for related technologies
• Code/ documentation review, work on deployments
• Proactively identify/ implement automation/ service improvement items
• Preparing weekly/ monthly engagement reports and present to stakeholders

Columbus, Ohio
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/23/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $170, 000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
