Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for US positions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements. Become the HRBP partner.
- Maintain the metrics and KPIs of the process.
- Propose and develop new ideas for the team’s performance
- Capable of mapping the market of energy in all states in US.
- Suggest and implement improvement processes in order to optimize the recruitment process
- Partner with hiring manager and business HR in offer stage, extending verbal and written offer and processing necessary system steps.
- Identify target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
- Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Leverages Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent
- Lead the projects that arise throughout the year (digital tools / migrations / improvements)
Education, Qualifications and Expertise :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.
- Excellent understanding of recruiting process.
- 4 + years of full time work experience in recruiting for US
- Desired knowledge of industry.
- Must be highly proficient in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
