Assist in accounting and month-end close process: prepare journal entries, maintain fixed asset schedules, monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and bank accounts
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts (variances to budget and prior year results)
Interim and year-end audit requests.
Assist with the completion of the Fiscal Year Audit by gathering information and supporting documents.
Tax - actively participate in year-end Tax Reporting and Filing by gathering information and supporting documents.
Review long term contracts in order to prepare accounting impact analysis.
Analyze and evaluates corporate cost allocations.
Documents accounting processes and best practices
We consider a perfect match if you have:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting 3/ 4 years of experience in similar roles
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volumen
Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
Proficient in spreadsheet software Excel (advanced) and Word.
Intermediate English
