Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Your ‘day to day’ S&PD Lead Core Accountability: • Supports S&PD Manager in developing meaningful portfolio insights for use in strategic decision making and prioritization. • Support with the collection, analysis & insights generation from competitive intelligence. • Ensures organizational adherence to PMI process and tools. • Orchestrates trainings for areas of improvement. Ambassador t of Agile Methodology / Project Management. • Monitors project managers performance and supports when needed. • Monitors projects postmortem, ensure learnings are incorporate. • Support Business Case definitions with project managers and finance. • Coordinate IT portfolio budget and execution with regional & local IT. • Support S&PD Manager in implementation of Regional Strategy Cycle Process: assist with the deliverables. Finance Lead Core Accountability: • Master the complexity of our business and understand its financial implications. • Analyze, consolidate, and interpret the developments in today’s business. • Assist modeling business evolution under different strategies to support management decisions and conduct ad-hoc analyses. • Support the assessing business's performance as well as other internal and external factors impacting profitability to identify volume, SoM and revenue growth opportunities. • Centralize the long-term planning process and meld the input of multiple stakeholders ensuring continuous growth of the business. Who we’re looking for • An energetic, driven candidate with a college/university degree, preferably in Finance, Business Accounting, Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering. • Background in Business Planning, Finance and/or Commercial Planning (MUST) • A professional with minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, gathering, analyzing, and presenting data structured in an efficient way. (MUST) • Strong background in Project Management. Expert in the end-to-end project execution and management, able to support teams to work effectively, collaboratively, and pragmatically, ensuring data-based decisions. (MUST) • Knowledge and understanding of Agile Methodology. Needs to feel comfortable implementing the methodologies through others (MUST) • Experience using Agile project management methodology (NICE-TO-HAVE) • Highly effective communication, influencing and collaboration. Facilitates productive discussions, challenge resolution and decision taking (MUST) • Analytical skills, organization, and excellent attention to detail (MUST) • Ability to regularly assess and review program status on multiple dimensions to maintain quality and speed. • Business Acumen: combines a deep understanding of the business operation and commercial landscape with financial expertise to influence and create value. Cross funcional Project interlink understanding (MUST of any industry) • Strategic Thinking & Planning: use knowledge of consumers, industry, and competitors to influence and shape strategy. (MUST of any industry) • Positive Friction: combines respect and great questions to expose gaps, presents alternative to resolve. • Solution oriented, actively seeking to identify and resolve challenges as they arise. • Builds enduring, networks externally and across the organization. • Empowers teams to collaborate cross-functionally. • Embeds project/portfolio Management best practices, role model. • Operates with professionalism and objectivity under pressure. • Autonomy and independent person, flexible to work in a collaborative environment within the team. • Intermediate English Level (Mandatory)(Ideally Bilingual) • Experienced in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP, Power BI is a plus.
