Job Title - Test Manager
Department description - To Provide Test management support by collaborating with various QA teams and project stakeholders.
Purpose of Job: Test Management
Job Responsibility: Manage QA team delivery.
Test Requirement Analysis
Test Strategy and Test Planning
Test Design Techniques (Design principles/tools/patterns)
Coding Practices & Defect Management
Test Execution (Automation/Specialized testing)
Technology consulting Research & analysis
People Management
Must have skills and requirements :
• Need to have strong Test Management competence and managed at least 7 to 8 members team in the past.
• Should be able to develop , Test plan , estimation and Defect triage process independently
• Should have strong interpersonal skills to communication with project stockholders.
• Should be able to identify the QA Risks upfront and come up mitigation plans.
• Gather and Collate status report from various stakeholders.
• Should be able to converse in Japanese with project stockholders.
• Need to work in a multi-vendor environment.
• Life Insurance domain knowledge might be a value add
• Good to have hands-on experience in JIRA Xray tool
Years of experience: 10 to 12 years
Japanese (JLPT above N2) and Business English
Required certification:
Preferably ISTQB certified.
