What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Analyze user data and present actionable recommendations to improve product / user experience.
Investigate and analyze competitors’ products, provide insights on market trends and benchmark our products against industry standards.
Analyze market data to identify potential areas for product improvement and innovation.
Develop comprehensive customer journey maps to visualize and understand the user experience from awareness to post-purchase engagement.
Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
Develop process flow charts to illustrate user interactions, task flows, and system processes.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Advanced English skills.
Proven experience in user research, competitors research, and market research.
Strong proficiency in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
Proficient in using Figma.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present research findings and design recommendations effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
