Web Account Manager Specialist

- This individual will serve as a single focal point for all web related issues, questions, customer activations and customer site management.

- In addition, it will be crucial to either know or have the aptitude for understanding our end-to-end data systems and how to validate that our products and pricing information are loaded correctly to feed our websites.

- A Web Account Manager Specialist will be interfacing with Lenovo's highest revenue producing customers. Will be responsible for web sites quality, drive customer web enablement and increase web revenue.

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- Track project milestones and deliverables.

- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
