Position Description:

As the Go To Market (GTM) and Process Lead in the Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) AI Professional Services team specializing in GenAI Solutions, you will work with the global team driving technology for GenAI. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the skills and the ability to work and drive results on an international team.

The GTM and Process lead will define and support the AI PS business with the tools, processes, and strategies needed to provide AI Services to end customers. This role is responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end processes of necessary components from order to delivery to cash.

This role is detail oriented and creative where the ideal candidate will be expected to participate and lead the innovation going into Lenovo’s technology as we drive the industry to new heights.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, implement, and review processes necessary to leverage Lenovo D365 for order to cash.
  • Serve as D365 Subject Matter Expert for the AI PS team, ensuring that the business is prepared to accept orders while aligning with SSG governance and processes.
  • Lead and implement tabletop reviews to ensure that AI PS is ready to sell and deliver services.
  • Collaborate with AI Center Of Excellence on key stakeholder training, including sales training.
  • Interlock and develop AI PS GTM strategy that aligns with Hybrid Cloud GTM strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with Offering Managers, Marketing and Training Teams, AI COE to strategically prioritize AI PS roadmap work items.
  • Document and implement requirements/tracking process for EUC(End User Certifications), preferably tracking in Lenovo ERP systems.
  • Identify and collaborate to solve GTM obstacles that are identified.
  • Identify sales obstacles and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in process definition, implementation for new services leveraging D365.
  • At least 8 years of experience in overall order to cash process definition/implementation.
  • At least 8 years of experience in GTM requirements and required processes for new service businesses.
  • Experience with Lenovo D365 or Dynamics 365.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working on an international team.
  • Experience working in an incubation business.
  • Experience working with GenAI solutions.
  • Experience supporting go to market processes for a managed services organization. 
  • Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risks.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.
  • Proficient written and oral communications skills as communication across many functional areas as key stakeholder communication will be key to this role.
  • Superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions.
The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $130k - $160k.  Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
