Responsibilities
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Identify and define account goals and roadmaps.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
- Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas farmer .
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Upsales & Cross-Sales
- Discussing with client team composition feasibility / scope / milestones / budget / changes.
- Prepare and present different commercial & farming proposals according to the client needs.
