Deployment Project Manager

As part of the Lenovo Truscale Services team, you will own end to end Project Deployment prior to handover to steady state. What you'll do:

• Work with Customer, CSM’s, Professional services, Truscale Business Unit lead and Principal Architect, Inside sales Rep.

• Assure Seamless and successful deployment of Truscale project is completed.

• Prepare Deployment Project plan with waterfall mechanism tasks, Subtasks, activities, Milestones and timeline appropriately articulated and agreed with Customer, internal stakeholders .

• Assuring all prerequisite to initiate a plan are aligned as per SOW and onboarding plan in conjunction with Customer Success manager including all relevant internal teams to deliver the solution.

• Leading project planning sessions, Technical Prerequisite sessions with customer and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinating staff and internal resources.

• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.

• Ensuring projects meet deadlines, Baseline project in case of timelines slip and perform stake holder communication.

• Weekly reporting/meeting of project status with risk , mitigation , Issues tracker .

• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

• Coordinating with Logistics PS other stakeholders on delivery.

• Align systems, manufacturing, and processes to flawlessly onboard and ramp Truscale customers.

• Smooth handover to CSM’s with process document including Handover Sign off , Risks register ,Issues register and runbook .

• Understanding of billing & invoicing.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of Datacenter including servers, switches, firewalls, storage, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, Private Cloud solutions such as Nutanix, Vmware and HyperV

• Strong project management skills

• Very good English, written and verbal skills

• PMP or Prince 2 certified, Agile Framework understanding.

• Minimum 4 – 7 years of Experience in IT, OEM project management.

• ITIL Framework.

• Worked on CRM tools – Dynamics 365, Microsoft project planned , SNOW or alike .

• Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree or IT Diploma.

• Basic Technical understanding , Microsoft products , Cloud ( AWS , Azure ) , Servers , storage Box . Network Switches, Backup tools.
