forma de trabajoWe are hiring a Summer 2024 Intern to join our Digital Transformation team. This role will be based in Morrisville, NC. Onsite presence will be required at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for Digital Transformation within the organization.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision-making processes related to Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements or digital solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation for Digital Transformation projects, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with various teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and management, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across departments.
- Provide support in organizing training sessions or workshops to educate employees on new digital tools and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital advancements, and relevant technologies to contribute valuable insights to the Digital Transformation strategy.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology or Digital Marketing.
- Strong interest in Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
