We are hiring a Summer Intern to join the North America Solutions & Services Group (SSG) in Morrisville, NC. As an integral part of the NA Lenovo SSG Enablement team, you'll play a key role in engaging, enabling, and educating audiences about Lenovo's services portfolio. You'll be a go-to expert for crafting internal and partner enablement materials, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, guides, case studies, and more, for both internal and partner audiences.
- Craft compelling messaging tailored to specific customer segments and verticals,
- Work closely with Services Business Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
- Develop plays and messaging that equip our sales teams to effectively sell Lenovo's services portfolio.
- Conduct data analysis to track the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and report on key metrics to measure success.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of sales training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Participate in ongoing projects and special assignments as directed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Experience in creating engaging content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graphic design experience
- Rising senior or junior
