The General Manager for Lenovo Financial Services - Americas will have overall management responsibility for the Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) business in both North and South America.
They will ensure the effectiveness of the LGFS Americas sales team through enabling clear roles and responsibilities within the broader sales motion and helping to remove any operational roadblocks impacting the successful implementation of LGFS payment structures across Lenovo’s products and services through all routes to market.
They will also assist in establishing sales plans for each team member with quota allocation and managing performance to those agreed plans, in collaboration with the WW LGFS Director, Director Finance and Operations and Chief of Staff. They will proactively seek opportunities to drive operational efficiencies in the region and ensure LGFS’ offerings meet the needs of Lenovo’s Americas customers. The geographies covered will include Canada, USA, Brazil and Latin America.
They will drive equipment funding volume in the region through the execution of leasing and sales best practices across the entire customer lifecycle for both new and existing customers. This will be achieved through both direct engagement with customers together with taking an active role in the continued management, training and development of the LGFS sales, Lenovo Sales and LGFS operations focals in their region.
They will also act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for asset financing matters in region, nurturing effective relationships with Lenovo regional stakeholders including but not limited to:
- Legal
- Geo Sales Leaders
- Lenovo Financial Services Partners
- Financing structures
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in technology leasing.
- Experience leading highly effective teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Strong management abilities able to lead talent with diverse personalities and skillsets.
