Come join our Global Community Team as an intern supporting customer-facing community moderation and content publishing while learning the ins-and-outs of WW eCommerce Marketing from a fun and international team! We have two open Intern positions in this group. One will focus more on our Gaming (Legion) Community and the other will focus on SMB and EDU. 


Position Responsibilities:

• Moderate and promote two-way communication on all social handles (including: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, etc.)

• Assist Global Community Manager team with moderation and group discussion on the Legion Gaming Community, Lenovo EDU Community, and Lenovo Pro Community

• Attract, engage, retain, guide, and inspire a Gen Z audience to buy and promote new offerings from Lenovo

• Amplify the relevant community founders and contributors, and develop programs to recognize and celebrate them

• Find opportunities to add impactful new content, experiences, and resources, and develop program content, including videos/webinars

• Collaborate with the content strategists, segment business owners and Sr. Manager of Global Communities to develop a quarterly content plan to align with promotional/seasonal periods

• Monitor the community on an ongoing basis, and personally engage in the community and create new content where appropriate

• Develop and implement innovative ideas to continuously add value

• Act as the face and voice of the Lenovo brand for our three key segments focusing on Gen Z audience

• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness

Position Qualifications:
Required:

·         Current full-time Bachelors or Masters student in Marketing or related discipline 

Preferred:

• Social media and/or influencer marketing experience for brands

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun and intrapreneurial environment

• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills


This position will be part of our Summer Internship program and can start on either 5/20 or 6/3 and will end on 7/26. We are Open to either on-site interns or remote interns from the Eastern / Central Time Zones.
