Establishing themselves as the Azure Hybrid Cloud SME (subject matter expert), including Azure Public CSP cloud sales/consumption, AzureStack HCI datacenter and edge solutions, as well as Microsoft solution applications such as AVD, AKS, AzureSQL Database, Azure Arc, etc.
Stay up to date on Azure hybrid cloud, and application certifications.
AzureOpportunity Management:
Create Azure opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and customer communication.
Improve operational processes between ISG and IDG/SSG to ensure a smooth sales transaction, and revenue recognition.
Collaborate with resellers to address discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with Executives, Field Sales, Solution Engineers and Inside Sales Representatives.
Work closely with Microsoft CAMs and PAMs to grow relationship between Microsoft and Lenovo.
Maintain, create, and optimizesales GTM materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring they are presented in a clear and easily understandable.
Prepare and submit weekly reports to team leaders.
Respond to ad hoc requests from team leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
3+ years experience in Microsoft Azure Hybrid Cloud sales and Azure CSP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Microsoft certifications related to Azure and CSP operations are a plus.
