Responsibilities & Tasks :
- Deliver digital content creation. Position and follow the digital content creation and consume. Detect customer priorities based on customer digital asset consumption.
- Sinergy & Alignment to the Digital Business Architects, Partner & Demand team in the initial customer engagement (handover).
- The Digital Solution Advisor complements the Partner Presales capabilities for Partner-first execution. SAP covering partners gaps.
- Leverage standard virtual demonstrations and perform specific localizations to customers needs. Unified content in tools like microsite.
- Provide a premium digital Customer journey experience based on the customer digital consumption insight & customer needs.
- Drives customer success in supporting sales with a best in digital solution advisory team.
- Replicate, share tips & best practices in digital content to our ecosystem. Promote digital content to partners.
- Leverage regional and global programs such as Digital Avatar, Sime Game, Started Kit, etc.
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Training required :
- University ́s degree
- Background and experience in presales in RISE & S4HANA Finance solutions.
