Qualification:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.
Master’s\Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering or computer science or engineering field
Responsibilities:
• Issue resolution: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Salesforce-related problems reported by users, including data quality issues, bugs, and system errors.
• User support: Providing guidance and assistance to Salesforce users, answering their questions, and helping them navigate the platform effectively. This might involve creating user guides, conducting training sessions, or offering one-on-one support.
• System maintenance: Regularly monitoring the Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal performance and conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as data cleansing, system updates, and backups.
• Configuration and customization: Assisting in the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the organization's needs, including creating custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and process automation.
• Reporting and dashboard creation: Generating reports and creating dashboards to help users make data-driven decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Working closely with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand their requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that cater to their specific needs.
• Liaising with technical teams: Collaborating with Salesforce developers or external consultants to implement advanced customizations, integrations, or new features that require coding or specialized technical expertise.
• Continuous improvement: Staying updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements that can benefit the organization.
Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
