What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark .
Proactively drive project / program execution and associated scope, timeline and resources across one to multiple teams.
Collaborating with the business project owners, system engineers and software architects to develop detailed, project or program plans considering all requirements, constraints and resources.
Identify and escalate initiative change, risks and issues that impact scope and delivery. Prepare recommendation to mitigate those risks.
Providing ongoing status and health of the project to appropriate management and business stakeholders during the delivery of high quality projects.
Aligning deliverables in inter-connected teams or initiatives.
Overseeing project launch tasks as need is determined by the initiative making sure those in cross organizational teams are prepared for the release.
Prioritizing and assigning the diagnosing and resolving of technical issues.
Keeping up with advancements in product technologies.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
3-5 years of experience in technical project / program management, preferably in a related industry.
Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development.
Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, positive and professional attitude.
Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers.
Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
JIRA tool experience.
Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
