Project Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY WOULD BE MANAGE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION PARTNERS UNDER OUR CLIENT.
Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years PM experience manage multiple partners as client lead in both water fall and 
agile.
• Should be able to understand requirement and create project management plan to 
execution
• Should Possess skill & knowledge about system/application migration project to Japanese 
clients
• Contact multiple internal and external stakeholders and complete the roadmap and 
project plan
• Should be a good individual performer.
• Good knowledge and experience create documentation and project management tools
GOOD TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE
• Strong experience in manufacturing and logistics application development/operation 
management
• Agile or DevOps / SDLC process knowledge and experience
• Prior experience of automobile and manufacturing industry knowledge is highly 
preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• PMP
• Agile method / SCRUM master
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
• Strong Skill to communicate effectively both at local stakeholders, multiple partners 
involved in upstream and downstream systems and all stakeholders. Energetic and willing to 
learn. Good team player.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Native level Japanese speaking and writing
• Good knowledge and experience with project management tool like MS project
• Good communication and inter personal skill as it involves multi-vendor communications
• Analytical Skill to analyze and route/resolve the problem
NICE TO HAVE:
• AWS , Network and security knowledge
