As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the designing and developing of email programs for EMEA Geo. The Project Manager must be an expert on email programs. To be successful, you must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced agile environment. This position requires leadership, design, development, and communication skills to effectively work with management, team members and business contacts.

Your Role
• Inspire others to give their best.
• Stay current with changes in the technical area of expertise, best practices, newer frameworks, and patterns related to all Frontend technologies.
• Ability to see "the whole picture" without losing sight of the details.
• Coaching and/or mentoring other team members.
Required experience:
• 2+ years’ experience in leadership of team.
• 4+ years hands-on design and development experience with email marketing.
• Prepare a coverage model when one of the team members is absent.
• Experience working with APIs such as the rest of the services for third-party integrations.
• A high-quality bar with documentation, best practices, email reviews & automated emails.
• Be in charge of managing the incoming requirements for the team and assigning to the right team member.
• Strong communication, collaborating skills and proven leadership.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill.
• Focused on goals and the overall team and company objectives.
• Written and Oral English – Intermediate/Advanced.
