Join our Global Learning and Development team and be part of the transformation of leaders at Lenovo. You will get to design and deliver leadership and professional skills training for all high potential leaders and aspiring leaders. You will also get to shape and build our culture and engagement programs around the world. End to end training experience is a must – from class administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation and analytics for improvement. You will be joining a passionate team of very experienced facilitators focused on constantly evolving the Leadership experience both internally and externally for Lenovo.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering leadership related training
  • Will be responsible for internal trainer program for external education offerings
  • Mentor other leadership Trainers in the best practices for adult learning.
  • Partner with HR partners and Business leaders on leadership development opportunities
  • Partner with Organizational Development on Skills and Training alignment and solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years related corporate training experience required preferably with leadership and/or technical topics.
  • Experience delivering both live face-to-face and live Virtual training events.
  • Previous team lead or mgmt. exp.
  • Familiar with wide variety of technology and software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint Outlook, Acrobat, Skype for Business, Visio, SNAG
  • Proficient with MS Teams or Zoom to deliver training classes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Learning & Development credentials or certification preferred.
  • Strong Training design and delivery experience of leadership or soft/ professional skills content
  • Experience in Project management and analytical skills on a mid-large scale project with a particular focus on the Change Mgmt and training.
  • PreAdvance knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly verbally and in writing based on the needs of the audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities w/ short deadlines. Uses judgement & critical thinking to interpret, prioritize & follow policy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with an LMS like SABA if possible
This role cannot be worked remotely.  We are looking for someone who lives within commuting distance to our NA Corporate HQ's in the Raleigh, NC area.  We are currently working under a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
