We are looking for a self-driven Process Excellence Lead to join the Vilnius PEX team in our journey to drive transformation and improve customer experience in Insurance accounts.
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - PROCESS EXCELLENCE
You can expect to:
• Extensively use and apply knowledge about Automation (IPA), Analytics and other digital solutions and its applicability in real world use cases
• Collaborate and work with the delivery leads and teams to drive VSM and process deep dive workshops: ability to identify opportunities, build a business case and implement prioritized projects, which improve end to end process as well as delivers client value
• Propose and build innovative solutions through discussions with delivery leaders and team members
• Understand, articulate, and work on collaborative solutions to address process gaps and bottlenecks, to enable seamless delivery
• Work closely with delivery leaders to build a culture of Lean/Innovation/Process excellence
• Play pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture
• Deliver client presentations, business development and presales support for continuous improvement and innovation
We expect You to:
• Have worked on Lean/process improvement projects, which have delivered high impact to the organization
• Have project managed 5-10 high impact Automation projects
• Be Green Belt/ Black belt Certified/trained from a reputed certifying body/organization with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
• Have experience in BFSI domain as this would be an advantage
• Have 10+ years of work experience with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Have managed a team
• Have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
