Description and Requirements

LA 4P Manager - Position Description

Leader of a product team that develops and optimizes distribution channel strategies across various sales routes for the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) at Lenovo Latin America.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive people manager to grow the SMB segment leveraging the distribution route.

A team of 4P Product Managers for the Latin America region will report to the selected candidate. This person must have the ability to :

  • Closely analyze dynamic market conditions, such as pricing, product availability, and supply chain fluctuations and generate an LA strategy for each product segment utilizing team feedback.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of innovative demand generation initiatives aimed at improving sales performance.
  • Monitor the business in each region and manage the WW interactions for reporting.
  • Ensure that the team can operationalize the defined strategies adhering to the 4P processes.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a manager to growth and excel within an organization that values proactive ownership and teamwork.

The position reports to the LA Product & Alliances Director. This position is based in Buenos Aires.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Definition of Distribution Channels Product Strategy
  • Develop of Autonomous Channel Promotion Strategy
  • Supervise the development and approval of a Competitive Price Strategy
  • Alignment of all the Lenovo Business Units to execute the previous strategies and grow in the SMB segment. Identify gaps and improvement areas.

Experience

  • Proved experience as people manager leading regional teams, preferably more than 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Channels or Sales Operations in B2B companies.

Skills

  • Distribution Channels operation knowledge
  • Familiarity with ISG Product and Marketing knowledge is recommended.
  • Exceptional operations, analysis and execution skills is mandatory.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Power BI are essential
  • Advanced proficiency in English with strong negotiations and presentations skills.
