Job description:
· Support business on day-to-day activities such as Model N Master Data, Contracts, Sales & Rebates etc. · Analysis & solution for Model N Technical and Functional related question by Business users. · Involves in Ticket Resolution for Model N Revenue Management & Validata · Repetitive issues would be closely supervised, and RCA is done within a timeline to fix the issues permanently. · SIT, UAT support for enhancement, development support, bug fixes, monitoring, product enhancements, training, release activities. · Data extract for Audit and Business requirement and involve in Reconciliation data support · Work closely with business to understand functional requirement ,design and review the technical deliverables and implementation of the solution. |
Create Knowledge Articles(KA) for all the possible scenarios and relate those KA’s wherever applicable.

The annual salary for this position is between $[100-140K] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
