Sr Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description：

• BO's supply order on-time track & monitor and solve all system issue during order process.

• Track backlog order supply ETA , pull in related orders and update accurate ETA or risk to customers timely.

• Communicate with diff function teams(planner & logistic & WH operator), to improve order fulfill effectively.

• Track and monitor order to delivery(O2D) performance, based on specific customer SLA in diff region or country.Seek operation opportunity to improve and drive actions.

• Well support team member and manager to develop or optimize team report visualization

• Replacement and refund management and anlysis.

• Other WW FF team related work support

Position Requirements:

1、4+ years working experience on supply chain.

2、Familiar with SAP/ERP logic, excel or SQL.

3、Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing. CET6 .

4、Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking

5、Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, good communication and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.

6、Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus

7、Experience in supply chain role in service industry is preferable
