Job Description: 

As a Senior Product Line Manager within the ThinkEdge Business Group at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product roadmap and strategy for our innovative edge computing solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends for the ThinkEdge business group. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide product development and positioning. 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans and successful go-to-market strategies. 

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and maximizing profitability. 

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their requirements, and incorporate insights into product development initiatives. 

  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate product plans, features, and benefits to internal teams, customers, and partners. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product management team. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; . 

  • At least 10 years experience in product management or similar function, preferably in the technology or edge computing industry. 

  • At least 4 years experience in data center industry


 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics. 

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. 

  • Demonstrated success in bringing products to market and achieving business objectives. 

  • Familiarity with IoT, edge computing, and related technologies. 



The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000-$200,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on [1] www.lenovobenefits.com.
