Job Title

• Manejar proyectos con sus fases y componentes, incluyendo aquellos multidisciplinarios.
• Entregar cada proyecto en los tiempos establecidos, respetando su presupuesto y alcance.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metodologías de proyectos, procesos de entregas e implementaciones, incluyendo:
  • Plan de proyecto
  • Riesgos y problemas
  • Cambios de Alcance
• Gestionar el presupuesto del proyecto, incluyendo y validando las estimaciones de costos, excepciones, y manejo efectivo de recursos.
• Proveer comunicación clara y concisa, verbal y escrita.
• Gestionar la comunicación de expectativas y necesidades de los stakeholders, clientes y equipo de proyecto.

Requisitos:

• Graduado Universitario en carreras orientadas a IT..
• Experiencia comprobable de 3 a 4  años en posiciones similares (excluyente).
• Experiencia en compañías financieras (excluyente).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Destreza para la resolución de problemas desde su evaluación hasta la selección de soluciones.
• Capacidad para identificar alternativas y realizar planes de contingencia.
• Potencial para prosperar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido, bajo presión.
• Eficiencia para manejar múltiples proyectos y asignaciones.
• Nivel de Inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
• Competencia en herramientas de Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project,
• Certificación PMP (no excluyente.)
• Certificación Agile (no excluyente).
