Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to join our team as a Data
Conversion and Testing Support Analyst for the implementation of Arena QMS (Quality
Management System) PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). In this role, you will be
responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data conversions, designing and executing
testing strategies, and supporting the overall success of the PLM implementation.
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with project teams to understand system requirements and
functionalities. Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Arena QMS
implementation.
? Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing to validate system
behavior.Identify and document defects, working closely with development
teams for resolution.
? Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of the PLM system after
updates.
? Develop and execute data conversion strategies, ensuring accuracy and
completeness. Collaborate with internal teams to validate, clean, and transform
data for compatibility with Arena QMS.
? Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during the conversion process.
? Execute test cases and document results, ensuring traceability to requirements.
? Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, outcomes, and identified
issues. Participate in test status meetings and communicate effectively with
project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
? Arena full cycle implementation experience.
? Proven experience in leading and managing QMS and PLM implementation
projects preferrable Arena QMS and its related technologies.
? Experience in designing and executing test plans for complex systems.
? Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with other PLM systems or quality management solutions like Oracle
Agile, AoDoc and legacy complaint systems.
? Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product lifecycle
management and quality management.
? Experience working in a regulated environment
? Strong understanding of QMS and PLM principles and methodologies
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $99,000 – 120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program,based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
