The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
• Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards : Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Understand marketing and branding principles : This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.
• Task management : Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
• Participate : Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.

The Profile

• At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director / similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok) and their ad formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.
• Available immediately
