The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams : This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
- Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards : Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Understand marketing and branding principles : This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.
- Task management : Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.
- Participate : Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.
The Profile
- At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director / similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok) and their ad formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.
