About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Development Operations team. This role will be responsible for analyzing data models, building new processes, developing, analyzing, & delivering insights, creating and supporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business, and more. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly.
What You'll Do:
- Utilize dashboards and reports to identify trends, problems, and areas for improvement
- Identify needs for new datasets, report types, and models based on leadership feedback
- Monitor data flow and potential automation/manual break points
- Build processes and methods for improving results while reducing workload on SDRs
- Support integrations across growing number of platforms
- Evaluate new and existing tools to determine ROI and maximize value from vendors
- Create advanced, custom reporting where needed
- Support the rapid growth and expansion of an industry-leading SDR Organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or Strategy function
- Salesforce.com power user
- MS Excel, Google Sheets power user
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
- Asana or other project management software
- Visio or other diagraming software
- Business Intelligence tools (Domo, Tableau, Clari, Power BI)
- Lead Routing Tools (LeanData or similar)
- Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
- RingLead or other data quality management platform
