We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader who can lead, develop, and execute our One Lenovo strategy across our North American geography. Reporting to the North America Chief Marketing Office in our International Sales Organization (ISO), this NA ISO Marketing Leadership role focuses on Communications and Community Engagement. In this role, you will lead the NA ISO Communications team, developing end-to-end strategies in alignment with business and marketing goals. In this cross-functional and collaborative position, you work closely with key stakeholders, including the NA Leadership Team, WW Intelligent Devices Group, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Services and Solutions Group Communications Teams, Corporate Communications, and NA Site Leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute sophisticated communication strategies across multiple communication channels including press and social media.
- Drive integrated programs across all GTM segments and business units.
- Lead key initiatives supporting corporate reputation including executive, internal and crisis communications.
- Oversee NA community engagement strategy and execution.
- Institute formalized process for evaluating and managing key regional partnerships and sponsorships.
- Establish and maintain local NC programs including government relations and HQ employee engagement activations.
