Role: Lead-Technical Support
Location: Westborough, MA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and end users.
• Responsible for assisting users and managing service desk incidents.
• Support of new hire orientation activity is required.
• Work with business units to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting business users and processes.
• Assigned new project work implementing and deploying systems, applications or processes as needed.
• Provide technical assistance to end users as a component of managing service requests.
• Work with third party vendors/partners to troubleshoot access issues or other application problems.
• Work schedule includes ‘out of normal’ work hours for IT support & monthly maintenance.
Role Requisites:
• Strong experience provisioning new users with IT equipment and access.
• Proven experience using multiple collaboration tools to support remote staff and contractors.
• Strong experience with Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10)
• Experience in Active directory, windows PowerShell and server operations, Office 365
• Strong experience in PC build, image, refresh, break fix
• Excellent understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting related user issues
• Demonstrated understanding of IT Support as part of a business function (SLA’s, ITIL practices, etc.)
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills
• Proven and successful experience in a mid-size corporate environment, strong collaborator in a team atmosphere, thrives on new challenges, and has a demonstrated history successfully executing technology solutions for business challenges.
