The Ridge Wallet started as a Kickstarter project in 2013 and is now in the hands and pockets of over 3 million people worldwide! We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers.

We are a fully remote company and are very excited to expand into the Eastern European market to continue to grow our team! We currently have a US-based team of just over 50 people! We currently employ over 60+ international contractors around the world! While this may seem like a lot of people, each department only ranges from 2 - 10 people, which opens up a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement.

Benefits & Perks :
- At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
- Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year.
These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
- We offer a 13th month salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
- For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $400 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week.
During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,600 USD.
For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!
The Role

Job Responsibilities :
Digital Asset Production :
- Create and optimize digital images, banners, product photos, and other visual assets for use on our ecommerce website and various digital marketing channels.
- Experience in designing advertising creative that align with the unique requirements and specifications of various Social Media advertising channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all digital assets maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
Quality Assurance :
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all digital assets and email campaigns are error-free and meet design and functional standards.
- Test email campaigns for rendering issues across different email clients and troubleshoot problems as needed.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the Retention Team, eCommerce Team, and Paid Social Media team to finalize and iterate on design concepts and ideas for various marketing campaigns.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
Email Design and Production :
- Design visually engaging email templates and layouts for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and transactional emails.
- Develop responsive email designs that render well on a variety of devices and email clients.
Ideal Profile
Skill Requirements :
- Advanced Skill Level in Adobe Creative Cloud - with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator
- Figma experience preferred
- Experience with Project Management Tools - Notion preferred, but other tools applicable.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Shopify, Meta, Twitter).
