Social Media Marketer (Argentina)

We are seeking a Social Media Marketer with a strong professional background and a proven track record in Social Media marketing to manage the online presence of five distinct brands. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and posting high-quality, insightful content to engage existing followers and attract new ones, with little to no ad budget. Expertise in utilizing Canva for designing visually compelling images is a must, as visual content plays a critical role in our engagement strategy. Additionally, the ability to edit videos and create motion graphics is highly desirable. This role demands a candidate who is both strategic and creative, with at least 5 years of experience in managing Social Media for B2B companies, ideally within the outsourcing industry or venture capital sector. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in leveraging Social Media platforms to foster growth and increase brand visibility in a professional and informative manner. Rate in USD: $10 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM CST to 5 PM CST. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) with an ability to edit graphics/templates in Canva. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales. Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts. Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to create insightful content that positions our brands as thought leaders and engages our target audience effectively. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Become an advocate for the company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions/comments where appropriate. Act as a self-starter, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of content and refine Social Media strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving industry trends and audience preferences Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Media marketing and managing Social Media profiles for B2B companies. Experience in the outsourcing industry or with SaaS brands will be considered an advantage. Expertise in the following Social Media platforms are a must: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Strong graphic design skills and proficient use of Canva for creating engaging graphics and templates. Skills in video editing and motion graphics are highly desirable. Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels. Critical thinking, positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
