Merchandising Operations Associate
Role Responsibilities
Partner closely with various partners including Site Merchandising, Digital Support, and Release Engineering
The employee will be responsible for optimizing eCommerce processes and implementing pricing strategies in the retail industry.
Play a key role in sales planning and execution, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and improving profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Track and analyze all sustainability issues and deliver solutions.
Build landing pages for upcoming branding campaigns.
Work with the SEO team to update category paths to improve site traffic and boost SEO ranking.
Partner with Site Merchandising to maintain accurate database of weekly promotions and ensure they are tested and signed off prior to launch.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, and a result-oriented mentality with a proactive approach to deliver results in a timely and highly accurate manner. In addition, they should have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Marketing and Product Research.
Proficiency in JIRA, Stellar, and Sauce Lab.
A certification in Core Retail Merchandising is highly preferred.
Experience using dashboards to track critical metrics, identify and correct defects, and perform root cause analyses.
Operate in ambiguous environments with efficiency and dedication to high quality.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $38 – 43 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
