Job Description
The core responsibility of this role is to support Director Country Operations, ROSL and Regional Research Director (RRD) and country leadership team with data analysis/presentation/visualization in support of the country clinical research operations.
Our Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance team push the boundaries of global healthcare through research and innovation. Through clinical trials and surveillance, we ensure the safety and efficacy of our existing and pipeline products to produce safe, effective, innovative medicine.
Primary responsibility for the role includes:

  • Works with Director of Country Operations/ROSL to design and operationalize a strategy for data analysis and visualization supporting the region.
  • Assess data coming into and exiting the country and presented to project teams, headquarters or other interested parties for appropriate accuracy, fit, impact analysis, and presentation.
  • Supports country leadership team with data analysis and presentation for reporting and infrastructure measures to operationalize country strategy including problem assessment, project planning, project implementation and assurance of ongoing project maintenance and monitoring.
  • Works closely with GCTO-NA leadership team in the provision of metrics and measurements that monitor country performance or specific country/project initiatives.
  • Runs alternative scenarios/Impact analysis when supporting managers for country manpower/human resources assessments or determining individual trial human resource needs.
  • Conducts all analysis/assessments/reports utilizing appropriate fiduciary principles supported by company and country leadership team.
  • Works cooperatively with all headquarters-based colleagues collecting and tracking country and global performance.
  • Maintains knowledge and awareness of all new company systems for understanding reporting and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Education:
  • B.S. degree

Experience and Skills:
  • 3 years minimum relevant clinical research experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, SpotFire, CODA reports, or other similar presentation/analytics Business Intelligence (BI) software.
  • Proven track record in supporting data analysis needs.
  • Knowledge and awareness of clinical trial operations in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Position requires experience and skills in producing, presenting and visualizing metrics.

Grâce aux essais cliniques et à la surveillance, nous assurons la sécurité et l'efficacité de nos produits existants et en cours de développement pour produire des médicaments sûrs, efficaces et innovants et opérationnaliser une stratégie d'analyse et de visualisation des données à l'appui de la région.
Responsabilité :
• Évaluer les données entrant et sortant du pays et présentées aux équipes de projet, au siège ou à d'autres parties intéressées pour une précision, un ajustement, une analyse d'impact et une présentation appropriée.
• Soutient l'équipe de direction du pays avec l'analyse et la présentation des données pour les rapports et les mesures d'infrastructure pour opérationnaliser la stratégie du pays, y compris l'évaluation des problèmes, la planification du projet, la mise en œuvre du projet et l'assurance de la maintenance et du suivi continus du projet.
• Travaille en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction de GCTO-NA dans la fourniture de paramètres et de mesures qui surveillent les performances des pays ou des initiatives spécifiques de pays/projet.
• Exécute des scénarios alternatifs/une analyse d'impact lors de l'assistance aux gestionnaires pour les évaluations de la main-d'œuvre/des ressources humaines du pays ou pour la détermination des besoins en ressources humaines d'un essai individuel.
• Effectue toutes les analyses/évaluations/rapports en utilisant les principes fiduciaires appropriés soutenus par l'équipe de direction de l'entreprise et du pays.
• Travaille en coopération avec tous les collègues du siège pour collecter et suivre les performances nationales et mondiales.
• Maintient ses connaissances et sa sensibilisation à tous les nouveaux systèmes de l'entreprise pour comprendre les capacités de production de rapports et d'analyse.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
