Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position :
El Marketing Brand Manager liderará las marcas OREO y Pepitos! para Cono Sur y será responsable de :
- Liderar el equipo de marketing a cargo (coaching, feedback y calibración).
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan anual de Comunicación y Promoción para las marcas.
- Diseñar la estrategia de crecimiento de largo plazo y el pipeline de innovación.
- Referente local para dar soporte y ejecutar las estrategias e innovaciones globales.
- P&L y Planeamiento (volumen, forecast financiero, y estimación de share)
- Responsabilidades generales de las marcas (posicionamiento de precio, oportunidades de marketing y trade, etc)
Job specific requirements :
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa en roles de Brand Management
- Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo, manejando marcas globales.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
- Inglés avanzado
Work schedule :
Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Jueves 9 a 18 hs, Viernes 9 a 13 : 30 hs
