Cognizant requires a Program Manager who demonstrates strong leadership abilities to lead our Duck Creek implementation.
Successful candidate should be knowledgeable in Duck Creek Policy platform & have experience in P&C insurance domain.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The role is expected to be onsite in a hybrid manner and follow clients and Cognizant Return to Office mandates as they evolve.
Should have experience leading large and complex transformation programs, be able to work with business and IT stake holders, identify, report and mitigate risks.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Required Experience & Responsibilities.
Program Manager with 14-16 years of experience in overseeing Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a must.
Able to create and maintain detailed RAID log for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan
Work closely with project sponsor, cross functional teams, key stake holders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to plan
Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals
Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
