The WW GSI Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution on our global go-to-market strategy with emphasis on sell-with and sell-through program design. This position will work closely with our Global System Integrator sales leadership, incentive teams, learning and development teams, and our digital transformation organization to create a best-in-class program that enables GSIs as a viable channel. This leader will have demonstrated a collaborative spirit, ability to build and lead teams across functional teams and geographies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead a cross-functional team to design, implement and manage the global program in support of our global geographies and business units.
- Align team goals with strategic business objectives on the International Sales Organization (ISO)
- Identify alignment opportunities with our global geography channel sales and program teams to establish a framework that drives new revenue across all sales geographies
- Work closely with the WW Channel Strategy team to drive consistency in our messaging and overall campaign execution across all sales geographies
- Align with our Global Account GSI teams and work collaboratively to deliver against goals and objectives.
- Partner across the ISO Channel team to integrate activities to drive performance
- Set the strategic vision for GSI as sell=with and sell-through partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Indirect Channel Management experience, with emphasis on program design and management or related field
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Channel Sales Experience Preferred
- Understanding of the Commercial (B2B) go to market models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in support of goals
- MBA Preferred
- Microsoft Office Proficient
