About Our Team
Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Sr Project Manager/Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) whose primary mission is to support cross-functional, cross-geography project team (ODT team) to plan, execute and deliver offerings and solutions to cloud customers. 

This role requires senior level project management and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing at a senior business leadership level (Director, Exec Director, VP), and strong critical thinking skills. You must be willing to work “outside the box” to find solutions and solve problems in a deadline driven environment, to make sure the assigned project can be delivered on time and controlled within budget.

What You'll Do

• Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints and lead the ODT team to understand the project charter 

• Work with Account team to track the business pipeline and achieve business target

• Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed. Identify and communicate gaps

• Ownership and management of project deliverables 

• Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation

• Develop and execute project schedule

• Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project and monitor execution, drive functional commitments to deliver, and provide timely / accurate project status updates

• Own project risk management planning and change control and escalate issues to management level 

• Perform regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured

Basic Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience

• Experience with Compute, Storage or GPU/AI product line 

• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider business 

• Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry 

• Senior level project management skills; PMI preferred 

• Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree 

• Fluent English oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
